    • Complaints can be submitted to the hospital administrator if they are not reviewed within 24 hours
    • Complaints can be submitted to the department's medical superintendent if they are not reviewed within 48 hours
    • Complaints can be submitted to the Zonal Health Officer (Clinical) if they are not verified within 4 days
